I've been responding to some comments and talking to all of you that have reached out to us after having discovered Waitroom today, but now it's my turn to leave a comment to say that I'm so grateful to the Waitroom team for creating such a cool product. I'm one that truly believes that meetings need to undergo a fundamental change, and Waitroom is the one that is making that change happen. Hello Product Hunt community! We are excited to introduce Waitroom to you all today. Allow me to share some insights into our journey of building Waitroom and address any questions you might have. 1. Our team operates remotely, spanning 11 time zones, making efficient communication essential. 2. We utilize Waitroom daily for almost all our meetings, ranging from quick, focused daily standups to inclusive All Hands gatherings, which require minimal organizational effort. 3. I am particularly proud of our Chime In feature, as it has unlocked the potential of seamless communication across the team during meetings. 4. Scaling Waitroom was a challenge, but we are now confident in hosting up to 2000 participants in a single meeting, having successfully conducted meetings with 1000 attendees. 5. Our future plans include further exploring AI capabilities with our meeting assistant, Summa. I dislike the term "game-changing", but the potential of AI has us really excited. 6. Our AI journey began in 2021 with experiments in auto-summarization and clip title generation, and it has evolved significantly since then. We can't wait to hear your thoughts and feedback on Waitroom!

This looks exciting! can’t wait to try it. Our daily meetings wend from standups to sit downs with a cup of coffee and and get comfortable becouse this is gonna take some time. Despite all the agreements to keep it short and not go too into detail people like to talk, and then i have to be the old man yelling at the cloud saying ‘could we schedule a meeting for later to talk about this’ or ‘this looks a bit too detailed for standup’ and i don’t like saying that - and im sure no one likes to hear it. So something like Waitroom where you have a time slot and it changes to the next person when the time runs out sounds like the thing we need to try. signing up!
