@lance1 We feel the best way is to just talk to potential user segments and find their pains!
(I run a startup full-time, this is what we do!)
I might be able to add a second layer on top that summarizes the all the interview summaries- do you think that helps?

@jakeharr Great question! I designed the persona to extract key insights (basically "job to do" in bizz lingo) using pains and gain from the interview itself.
The idea was to help a business decide the features to build by quickly giving them a glance of what common needs were for the market they were trying to target!
