@richard_gao2 As ChatGPT is just a frontend using GPT-3, ours is as well so we used that term to make the average user familiar to what it does. Moreover, you can make your personalized internal ChatGPT by adding your own training content for your server's members, so do check that feature out. Thank you.

The hardest part about building a community is keeping them engaged. It's especially hard to scale communities once they start reaching mass adoption. I like that SamurAI aims to help reduce the friction as communities scale, since it's really hard to find effective support/community managers these days that don't expect an arm and a leg!
