Hey PH! I’ve been fortunate to know the Savology team for some time now (previously working for the company as Head of Marketing) and have been eagerly waiting for the launch of Savology Plus, their premium financial planning memberships, for the last couple of months! Big shoutout to Spencer, Jordan, Tim, and Jud for making a splash in the fintech scene and for bringing sophisticated financial planning to the people who need it the most. I'm excited to see these new premium features in action for myself! Speaking of which @scbarclay @judkennedy @timhecht how can new users/plan members talk with financial experts/coaches, is it facilitated entirely through chat?

Thanks for the intro, Kris! To answer your question: With Savology Plus, financial coaches are reachable by chat and email. This will help bridge the occasional divide between automated technology and human interaction. Without revealing too much ahead of time, we are still working on Savology Pro where our coaches will be available for 1-on-1 planning calls or texting as well.
