There are a ton of hidden talents that can't really play the CV game or get rejected for being "too good". There's also a lot of psychological stuff at play when you're talking to a human vs to an AI: people tend to be much more open and chill talking to an AI. I'm all for this.
The best engineers I've hired had terrible CVs and there is definitely a "gameifying" happening with CV now that everyone is generating them.
