A real estate deal doesn’t end when the offer is accepted
by•
I’m building FixerFlip, and one thing I keep thinking about is what happens after an investor decides to move forward with a property.
There’s still a lot to coordinate: renovation plans, contractors, timelines, budgets, and all the decisions that come up once the work begins.
Finding a promising property is one challenge. Turning that opportunity into a finished project is another.
I’m curious: What part of managing a real estate project after purchase tends to create the most friction?
Is it getting reliable contractor estimates, keeping the renovation on budget, managing timelines, or something else entirely?
