Aurgus
Hey Product Hunt! đź‘‹
I’m Mono, founder of Aurgus.
I’ve spent much of my career working in enterprise Order-to-Cash (OTC), revenue management, and financial systems. I’ve seen firsthand how companies struggle to manage complex financial agreements using traditional enterprise platforms like Vistex.
The reality is that implementing these systems can take 9+ months, cost millions, and involve layers of configuration. Meanwhile, many mid-sized businesses are left managing rebates, commissions, chargebacks, and other financial agreements through spreadsheets.
I always felt there had to be a better way.
That’s why we built Aurgus.
Aurgus is an ERP-independent revenue management platform that helps businesses automate complex financial programs, including:
Sales and purchase rebates
Sales and purchase commissions
Billbacks and chargebacks
Lease accounting
It is designed to support accounting requirements such as ASC 606 and ASC 842, without the complexity of traditional enterprise implementations.
But there’s something else we paid particular attention to: how AI makes financial decisions.
In finance, getting an answer that sounds right isn’t good enough. The numbers have to be right, explainable, and traceable.
So we designed Aurgus around a simple principle:
AI proposes.
Deterministic controls validate.
A human reviews and approves.
If the system doesn’t have enough information, it should say so rather than invent a number. We want AI to make financial processes faster without taking control away from the people responsible for them.
We’ve also made Aurgus available through an MCP server, allowing developers and consultants to interact with financial agreements directly from their AI-powered development workflows.
Now, we’d love your feedback.
We’re not here just to showcase another AI product. We’d genuinely like the Product Hunt community to put Aurgus through its paces.
Challenge our architecture. Test the reconciliation logic. Look at how we handle compliance and exceptions. Tell us what works, what doesn’t, and what we’ve missed.
I’m particularly interested in feedback from people working in finance, ERP, accounting, AI architecture, and enterprise software.
I’ll be around throughout the day to answer questions and discuss the technical details.
Thanks for checking out Aurgus. Looking forward to the conversation! 🚀

Welcome Mono! Nine months and millions to set up is exactly why mid-sized teams end up in spreadsheets. From what I've seen, enterprise sales still need demos and one-on-one meetings, while product-led works better for smaller teams. Being ERP-independent could let you reach both.
