I recently launched NTP CareerPilot AI, and I’m exploring a bigger question than resume generation:

What should AI actually help people decide about their careers?

We built the platform around a connected journey:

Job Fit → Matched Evidence → Skill Gaps → Recommended Certifications → Career Growth & Opportunities

It also creates evidence-based, JD-tailored resumes with PDF and Word export.

One capability we’re now validating internationally is Multilingual Input → English Resume Output — users can provide their career information in their local language and turn it into an English job-ready resume.

But I’m particularly interested in what happens after the first use.
