Building AI MVPs for Founders, What are the biggest blockers when turning ideas into real products?
Hey everyone đź‘‹
I’m Bhavya Pandya, an AI-first design engineer and founder of Enfiq. We spend most of our time helping founders turn ideas into working MVPs and AI products quickly.
Over the past months, we’ve been building things like:
• SaaS MVPs & web apps
• AI chatbots and automations
• Mobile apps
• high-converting landing pages
• AI-powered internal tools
One thing I’ve noticed while working with early-stage founders is that the biggest challenge is rarely the idea it’s turning that idea into a real product people can use.
Common blockers I see:
Spending months planning instead of shipping
Over-engineering the first version
Not validating the idea early enough
Difficulty integrating AI features into real workflows
I’m curious about the Product Hunt community’s experience:
❏ What’s the hardest part of building your first MVP?
❏ If you’ve built an AI product, what was the most difficult part technically?
❏ How do you validate ideas before building them?
Would love to hear how other builders approach this.
If anyone’s curious about the type of projects we’ve been building, I can also share our current portfolio here (still being updated as we redesign our site): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1EF8_WcXPHVReIzHGdnR5MdWDPO-RlFhc/view
We’re also currently building a product called Variate, though the landing page design is quite old and due for a redesign soon.
Always excited to learn from other builders here!
