Built a Lightweight Excel Monitoring Tool — Would Love Feedback

I’m excited to share something I’ve been building: ThresholdIQ — a lightweight KPI simulator and anomaly detector for Excel/CSV data.

Most teams still rely on spreadsheets for their most important metrics.
But spreadsheets don’t warn you when something looks off.
You only notice issues after they’ve caused damage.

I wanted a simple way to upload a file and instantly see:

• Where the numbers spiked

• Where they dropped

• Where something looked unusual

• Whether a KPI was trending out of its normal range

• Whether a percentile threshold (P90/P95/P99) was crossed

No dashboards.
No BI tools.
No integrations.
Just upload → detect → understand.

So I built ThresholdIQ.

🛠 Why I built it

I kept seeing teams miss important signals because the data was buried inside spreadsheets.
Dashboards were too heavy.
Manual checks were too slow.
And BI tools were too complex for simple monitoring.

ThresholdIQ is my attempt to make anomaly detection accessible to anyone who works with Excel.
