But we don't track when we drink it. We don't see how much is still active at bedtime. We don't connect poor sleep to yesterday's 4pm coffee.
The result?
A culture of perpetual fatigue, masked by more caffeine, creating worse sleep, requiring even more caffeine.
It's a loop. And it's invisible.
Clarity exists to break that loop—not by drinking less, but by drinking deliberately.
