Distribution is way harder than coding. My reality check after launching with $0.

Hey everyone,

I used to think that building the app was the main boss fight. I spent the last two weeks glued to my screen, fixing database logic, formatting layouts, and making sure my classifieds directory for crypto asset listings worked perfectly. I felt like a king when the MVP finally went live on Vercel.

Then the reality check hit me. Zero users. Completely flat analytics.

I quickly realized that coding with AI tools is the easy part. The real nightmare starts when you have zero dollars for marketing. You try to share your work on Reddit or other communities, and you get instantly deleted by automated filters just for using words like "crypto". You try to post on social media, and your reach is completely invisible because you have a fresh account.

It feels like you are just screaming into a dark empty room. Every algorithm out there is basically optimized to make you pay for ads, and if you are broke, you are invisible.

I managed to push through and get my first couple of real visitors today by literally jumping into live chats and pitching people one-on-one. It works, but it is exhausting.

I’m curious to hear from other solo builders here who started with absolutely nothing. How did you break through that initial zero-user wall without spending money? Are there any organic channels left that don't instantly flag you as a bot?
