I’m curious how e-commerce companies make sure their store still works after updates or integrations.
Things like:
browsing products
Adding items to the cart
checkout
payment
Do you run automated tests that simulate real users and alert you if something fails?
Or do problems usually get discovered through analytics or customer reports?
I've created a SaaS (commerceprobe.com) that is solving the problem. I want to understand whether I should spend time and money to make the solution worldwide. I need honest answers.
