I wanted to share a quick story about why we built Foursite.

I’m a builder at heart. I love physical spaces. But I realized something frustrating about the real estate and renovation industry. It is stuck in the past. Specifically, it is stuck in 2D.

We live in a 3D world, yet we make our biggest financial decisions based on flat floor plans. We look at black and white lines and try to mentally construct a home. It’s a cognitive load that leads to bad decisions and “renovation regret.”

We asked ourselves: Why is 3D Visualization so hard? Why does it require a $3,000 PC and 40 hours of training?

We decided to fix the pipeline. We wanted to make the jump from 2D to 3D instant.

With VirtualSpaces and our new tool Foursite, we are using AI to do the heavy lifting. We trained our models to understand architecture. You feed it a layout, and it understands walls, windows, and flow. It handles the convert floor plan to 3D process automatically.
