Honest feedback wanted - we're rethinking how SaaS teams use community data

by

Hey PH community 👋

I'm Adarsh, founder of CommunityTracker.

I want to share what we've been building and genuinely hear what you think — especially if you've felt this problem yourself.

The problem we kept running into

Every founder and growth person I talked to was doing some version of the same thing:

  • Manually scrolling Reddit and Slack to find relevant conversations

  • Running half-broken n8n workflows with keyword alerts

  • Checking competitor mentions once a week (if that)

  • Looking at their LinkedIn feed and seeing posts that were 10 days old

And the frustrating part? The conversations that actually mattered like buyers switching tools, people asking for alternatives, pain point threads, were happening in real time. Most teams were seeing them too late, or never.

We built CommunityTracker to fix that.

So what it does

Three things, connected:

  1. High-intent signal detection — surfaces buying signals across Reddit, LinkedIn, Slack, Hacker News and more, before they go cold. Not keyword matching — we've spent 6 months training our filter on actual community buying behaviour.

  2. Community Pulse — tracks your share of voice vs competitors across communities. Tells you where your brand shows up, where it's invisible, and what to do about it.

  3. Community Intelligence Hub (v3 — in progress) — an AI chat interface where you ask questions like "what should I post on LinkedIn this week to get traction?" and it answers from your actual community data, not generic internet knowledge.

What I'm genuinely unsure about

I'd love honest takes on a few things:

  • Does the combination of monitoring + SOV + AI chat make sense as one product, or does it feel like three tools duct-taped together?

  • For those of you doing community-led growth; what's the signal vs noise problem like for you? Are keyword tools good enough or is intent detection something you actually need?

  • Would you trust an AI chat that only answers from your own monitored data, or would you want it to pull from the broader web too?

No pitch. Just building in public and want real input from people who think about this stuff.

Happy to give anyone here early access if you want to poke around — just reply or DM me.

Thanks in advance 🙏
