I was tired of losing user feedback in random channels, so I built a small component that lets users send feedback retour directly from your product and routes it into your Slack channel.
A few engineers at PwC, Vercel, Supabase, and some indie makers are using it now.
Nothing fancy — just:
drop-in component
custom fields + themes
direct Slack delivery
AI mood & summaries
Sharing it here in case anyone else struggles with the “where is that feedback?” problem. Happy to answer anything about how it works or how teams are using it.
