I built a medication reminder with no subscription. It's on Product Hunt today.

I live with a chronic condition, and almost every medication app I tried wanted a monthly subscription. So I built Cadence: unlimited medications free, and Pro is one payment that's yours for good.

It's been on the App Store since February, and almost 3,000 people in 95 countries have downloaded it since. It's had 68 updates in that time, a lot of them from people telling me what annoyed them about other apps.
