I built a single app to replace my scattered notes, bookmarks, and files, would love brutal feedback

Hey PH π
I've been building StashSync β an offline-first app that keeps your notes, bookmarks, and files in one place with real-time sync across devices.
The frustration that started it:
I had notes in Notion, bookmarks in Raindrop, files in Google Drive, and I was constantly context-switching just to find things I'd already saved. So I built the thing I actually wanted to use.
A few things I'm genuinely curious about:
Is "all-in-one" the right pitch? Or does it feel like it's trying to do too much?
Offline-first + CRDT sync is a core technical bet β does that resonate with you, or is it too niche to lead with?
$3.99/month Pro tier β does that feel fair, too cheap, or too expensive for what it offers?
What's missing? If you tried it and something felt off, I want to know.
Free plan is available β no credit card needed. Happy to answer anything about the build.
