I built an Android app so I can stay informed without staring at my phone

Hi everyone,

I just launched Sonder, an RSS reader for Android that reads your news out loud.

The idea is simple: pick the sources you care about, build a playlist, and let Sonder read them to you while you walk, drive, or do anything else. No need to look at your screen. Articles flow like a playlist, and it works with Android Auto too.

It also supports podcasts, so everything lives in one place.

This is my first Android app and today is launch day. If you want to follow along as the product evolves, you can follow Sonder here on Product Hunt: https://www.producthunt.com/products/sonder-your-rss-narrator?utm_source=other&utm_medium=social

And if you want to give it a try, it is free to download on the Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ralian.dev.sonder&ref=producthunt

Would love to hear what you think!

Neat idea! Love how it lets you stay informed hands-free ... perfect for walks or drives. Will give it a try.

If you're up for it, I'm launching The Sponge on PH soon ... an AI-powered flashcard app that turns webpages into study material with spaced repetition. Would appreciate a follow (see "PRODUCT HUNT LAUNCH" link in my profile).
