Today’s the day! PetWise is live on Product Hunt and I wanted to share the story here too.
I have four pets, different ages, different needs. Every time I picked up a new pet food I was essentially guessing: is this okay for all of them? What about the older one? What if one of them had an allergy?
That frustration turned into PetWise. Snap a photo of any ingredient label, get a personalized safety report for every pet in your home at once, each one accounting for that animal’s specific breed, age, allergies, and health conditions.

my old dog had horrible allergies, so i can definitely see the value here. my only thinking is that it seems like you'd use it one time, find the brands that work and then not need to open it for a long time until something changed.
I would love an app where i could log my dog's reaction so i could better understand what was/was not agreeing with her (i.e. energy levels, panting, itching, poop frequency, etc)
