I couldn’t keep up with my app’s social media, so I built a dedicated Claude agent for it
I’m a solo founder juggling two things at once:
building my own apps
running client/service work
When I launched my new app, I completely failed at one thing: consistent social media. Content was always “I’ll do it tomorrow.” The product was shipping, but the story wasn’t.
So I decided to treat this like a real ops problem and built a custom agent + workflow just for this one app. It’s built entirely with Claude and runs on top of Notion.
Here’s how the system works:
I created a “Knowledge Hub” in Notion
This includes the app’s positioning, target audience insights, feature set, brand voice, and visual language. Basically, the strategic brief an agency would normally ask for.I connected Claude to that hub as a focused “Brand Agent”
It doesn’t try to do everything. It only has one job: be the voice and brain of this single app.The agent now produces for me:
Weekly content calendars
Post drafts in different formats, Carousel, Reels, Static Posts, Stories (Only for Instagram now.)
Visual/concept prompts for designers or image models
One-off campaign and launch ideas
Everything flows into a single Notion board
I review, tweak, and schedule. Claude handles the heavy lifting (strategy + first drafts), I just do creative direction and final editing.
A few takeaways so far:
Being a “solo founder” doesn’t mean doing every task yourself. This setup let me offload the mental load of “I should post something today” into a system.
The narrower the agent’s scope, the better the output. “This app’s voice only” works way better than a generic “do my marketing” AI.
Notion + Claude is surprisingly enough to create a persistent brand memory. The agent keeps learning from every approved post, so the tone stays consistent over time.
Curious about others here:
If you’re a solo founder, how are you handling social/content for your product?
Is it really work like this kind of agentic approach?
What would you want this kind of agent to handle beyond content (e.g. replies, community, experiments)?
Happy to share more details about the workflow or prompts if that’s useful.
