I’m starting to think real estate tools have the wrong goal

While building FixerFlip, I’ve noticed something I didn’t expect: most real estate tools try to give you more information.

But when I’m actually looking at a property, the problem usually isn’t “I need more data.” It’s “Which of these numbers actually matter for this decision?”

That changed how I think about the product we’re building.

Curious what other people think would you rather have a tool that gives you 20 useful data points, or one that gives you 5 and tells you which ones deserve your attention?
