Honestly, we just wanted a simpler way to use Alpaca.

Alpaca is an incredible backend, but most of the apps sitting on top of it are either built for high-frequency bots or they’re packed with enough 'gamification' to feel like a casino.

We built Pacalaca because we just wanted a clean, user-friendly interface to check our portfolios and make manual trades without the noise. It’s a simple 'investing for humans' wrapper. No subscriptions, no complex algorithms, and no clutter—just your actual returns and a clear trade workflow.
