Looking for iPhone beta testers to try Site Findings, from walkthrough to PDF

Hi everyone! I’m building Site Findings, an iPhone app for turning issues you spot during a renovation or property handover into a report you can send to the people doing the work.
I’d love a few people to try the full workflow before launch:
1. Create a sample project, like “Bathroom renovation.”
2. Add a repair item, attach a photo, and mark what needs fixing. Add the location and who should handle it.
3. Export the punch list as a PDF and open it as if you were the person receiving it. You can also export to Excel if that’s what you usually share.
You can type the issue or describe it out loud. If you use voice, AI suggests fields like the room, trade, and assignee for you to review before saving. A fictional issue and a sample photo are fine.
If this report landed in your inbox, would you know where to go and what to fix? What’s the first detail you’d have to ask for? I’d especially like to hear from anyone who’s done a renovation walkthrough or handover.
