Revenli: your properties finally have a brain, not just a spreadsheet 🏠

by

Every real estate tool I've ever used had the same flaw: it handed me another dashboard to feed. More data entry, more reconciling, more "I'll deal with it at tax time." The work never actually left my plate.

So I built the opposite.

Revenli isn't software you operate — it's a team of AI agents that operate for you. You forward your documents and step back. Behind the scenes:

  • A bookkeeper matches every invoice to your bank feed and flags only what it's unsure about — no more month-end reconciliation marathons.

  • A tax strategist keeps you audit-ready year-round and tells you the moves to make before the deadline, not after.

  • A financial advisor watches your actual numbers and tells you when to buy, hold, sell, or refi — the decisions most of us make on gut and hope.

The honest truth that started this: most investors are quietly leaving money on the table — in missed deductions, mistimed refis, and properties they should've sold two quarters ago. Not for lack of effort, but because the answers are buried across five disconnected tools. Revenli pulls them into one brain.

I'm launching today and would love your eyes on it 👇

Real estate folks — I'll ask the honest question: what would it take for you to trust an AI with this? Genuinely want to know.

Sri, the trust line for me is action versus advice. I would hand something like this my documents and let it flag what needs a decision, but the moment it moves money on its own I want a human step in between, at least at first. FounderFlow works the same way for me across three businesses, it tells me what needs attention and why, it does not send the payment or make the call itself. Real trust came from watching it be right about the small stuff for a few weeks before I let it near anything that touched revenue directly. Curious whether Revenli lets someone ease into that the same way, or if day one already assumes full trust.
