I’ve spent 18 years working in bakeries, food production and hospitality.

I’m a professional baker, not a tech entrepreneur. I’ve experienced the challenges of this industry firsthand, especially how difficult it can be to find the right job or hire the right people.

That’s why I created Roleat.

Roleat is a job platform dedicated to hospitality, restaurants, bakeries, pastry and the wider food industry.

My goal is simple: make job searching and recruitment easier, faster and more relevant for everyone in our industry.

I’m building and improving Roleat every day, learning along the way.

I don’t have a big team or all the answers. Just 18 years of experience, an idea and the determination to create something useful.
