I used to have everything blocked. Deep work 9–11. Admin 2–3. The whole calendar looked like a disco.
And I'd spend 20 minutes every morning moving the blocks around because the day never actually went to plan.
Now I have a 5-minute AI conversation at the start of the day. It looks at what's actually on my calendar, asks what I need to get done, and just builds the plan. I stop reorganising and start working.
Turns out the blocks were me trying to think in advance. The conversation does that better.
