Verso Day 13 — real-time collaboration week begins.
Day 13 of building Verso (projectoye.com)

A workspace OS replacing your fragmented tool stack with one AI-native environment.
This week is real-time collaboration week.
The goal:
Bidirectional editing across Notes, Docs, Spreadsheets, and Presentations — where every user always sees the latest version.
No refresh.
No merge conflicts.
No “who has the latest copy.”
What I did today:
Audited the current state of the app to identify exactly where the collaboration layer needs to plug in.
Then shipped the first visible piece → live presence in the navbar.
When someone else is viewing the same document, their avatar appears in the navbar — similar to Google Docs.
Small feature, but a big signal:
the real-time layer is now alive in Verso.
Question for builders:
If you have built real-time sync before — what was the hardest part?
Conflict resolution
Presence
Initial state sync when a new user joins
