Two things today that feel like a real milestone:

1. Domain is live

Configured via Cloudflare.
Two weeks in — Verso now has a real presence on the internet.

2. WebSocket layer integrated
Real-time collaboration is now wired in:

• Bidirectional editing

• Presence (who is online)

• Live state sync

This is the core foundation everything this week has been building toward.
