Vitaro — AI that explains your health data so you stop Googling symptoms at 2am
Two months ago, I started building Vitaro to answer a simple question:
Why do millions of people have access to health data from wearables but still don’t understand what it means?
In the first 2 months, I focused on moving fast and getting a real product into users’ hands. Here’s what we were able to accomplish:
📱 Launched the Vitaro iOS app on the App Store
⌚ Built Apple Health integration to analyze wearable vital data
📈 Achieved a 35% App Store conversion rate (93 impressions → 33 downloads) with $0 marketing spend
💳 Saw 30% of users attempt to pay for the product
⚡ Pivoted in 7 days to focus specifically on solving health anxiety
This early traction validated the core insight behind Vitaro:
People don’t just want health data.
They want context about what that data means for them.
Right now, most apps show something like:
“Heart Rate: 95 bpm”
…and leave users to panic or search Google for worst-case scenarios.
Vitaro learns what’s normal for you and provides personalized explanations and alerts so users can understand their bodies without spiraling into unnecessary anxiety.
It connects to your wearable data, analyzes patterns over time, and gives personalized context when something changes.
The goal isn’t to replace doctors.
The goal is to help people better understand their health and know when something is actually worth worrying about.
🚀 What’s next
Right now we’re focused on the next milestone: reaching our first 100 users.
Over the next few months the focus will be on:
🧠 Improving the ability to learn personal health baselines
💬 Talking directly with health anxiety communities and early adopters
🔁 Iterating quickly based on real user feedback
📊 Proving that personalized health context can reduce unnecessary panic
If we solve this well for the first 100 users, we can scale it to thousands.
I’d love feedback from the Product Hunt community!
