We’re the team behind Foursite and Remodroom, two AI interior design tools built for residential designers, architects, and real estate developers.

Quick background:

• Foursite: Converts 2D floor plans and architectural blueprints into photorealistic interior design photoreal renders in minutes. Upload a floor plan or blueprint, choose a style, get a client-ready visual.

• Remodroom: Upload a photo of any existing room, specify what you want changed (furniture, flooring, walls, lighting), and receive a photorealistic AI redesign. AI virtual staging for real spaces.

We’ve shipped both products. They work. And now we’re sharing what’s coming in the next build cycle, because we think practitioners will find it relevant.

What’s shipping next:

• White Modeling + AI Furnishing: Place 3D furniture placeholders directly on your floor plan to 3D layout in real time. The AI generates high-fidelity visuals from those placements. Design intent and photorealistic output become one step, not two.

• SSGI, SSR, and PBR rendering: Studio-grade lighting, reflections, and physically based materials, browser-native. No GPU, no software download.

• First-person walkthroughs: Toggle between architectural orbital view and eye-level immersive walkthrough in the same session. Adjustable camera height. Useful for pre-sale presentations to buyers who need to experience a space.

• Real-time shareable links: Share any AI 3D visualization session as a link. No login required for the viewer. The link reflects the live design state.

• Parametric floor plan editor: Move walls, add arc walls, adjust structural heights with immediate visual feedback. No hand-off to a separate architectural tool.

• Auto-scale spatial recognition: Room dimensions extracted automatically from any uploaded 2D floor plan or blueprint. Every imported model snaps to real-world units. Manual calibration is gone.

• Hot-swap materials and fixtures: Change flooring, wall finishes, doors, and windows in real time, with immediate lighting and reflection response. True iterative interior design 3D visualization.

Together, Foursite and Remodroom cover both entry points of residential design: the unbuilt space starting from a floor plan or blueprint, and the existing space starting from a photograph. Every residential project starts as one or the other.

We’re sharing this here because the PH community includes people building workflows around tools like these, and we’d rather hear from practitioners early than ship into silence.
