Why I built ShiftBridge: a smarter way for students to find survival jobs and grow their careers

I’m Simone, founder of ShiftBridge.

I started this project after seeing so many students (me included) struggling to find survival jobs while businesses keep saying they urgently need staff. The problem wasn’t the lack of jobs, it was the lack of connection and trust.
