Decoding Digital Body Language: What Your Teen's App Usage Patterns Might Reveal

A teen might not always say how they feel, but their phone usage can be a signal . Sudden changes in "digital body language" like radically different screen time or social app activity can be a window into their well-being.

This isn't about reading messages. It's about noticing patterns:

  • Sleep Disruption: Is YouTube usage spiking at 2 AM?

  • Social Withdrawal: Has their messaging app activity plummeted?

  • Obsessive Use: Is a single game consuming 8 hours daily?

The insight should start a conversation, not be a verdict. We think about these nuanced signals at Number Tracker as we build balanced tools.

I am building the future of investing and already launched

I didn t build investpilot.ai to beat the market or push signals. I built it because most people don t lose money due to lack of access they lose money due to lack of structure and understanding.

it is about helping you think clearly about investing:
how risk actually works
how time horizon changes decisions
how portfolios behave in bad decades, not just good ones

No hype. No promises. No buy this now alerts.

I use it myself to stress-test ideas, understand downside scenarios, and avoid emotional decisions. Especially when markets are volatile or headlines are loud.

I changed my boring 7-slide intro for an interactive onboarding."

Hey Product Hunt! I m the solo dev behind Nap & Recharge. For a long time, my onboarding sucked. It was 7 static slides of text explaining how the app works. Users were bored before they even started. So for Update 1.4, I changed it. Taking inspiration from Duolingo, Yazio and some other apps, I rebuilt the onboarding to be an active setup guide. Instead of reading, you are doing. The New Flow: Goal Setting: Tell the app why you want to nap (Focus? Energy? Recovery?). Configuration: We set up your wake-up sounds and nap preferences right there. The Gamification: We introduce the "Battery Streak System" interactively. Privacy Setup: Since the app is 100% offline, we activate "Local Auto-Backups" so your data is safe on your device. The Result: By the time you hit the "Finish" button, you aren't just dropping onto a dashboard. You are completely set up and ready for your first nap. I need your feedback: Do you understand, what the app is about and offers you, after finishing the onboarding? https://play.google.com/store/ap...

Just launched: An AI cursor that navigates the UI for your users (Better than tooltips?)

Hey everyone!

I just launched Invocursor today! It s an AI widget that replaces static onboarding tooltips with an animated cursor that actually clicks and types for the user.

Sharing my project: Circuit — interactive posts instead of screenshots

Hey PH

I d love to share a project I ve been building and get some honest feedback.

Circuit is a platform where posts aren t text, images, or videos they re interactive experiences.

Instead of explaining how something works, you publish the actual demo as the post so people can click, explore, and understand faster.

EngDaily - Make English part of your day

Hi everyone
Do you want to learn English on your own but lack motivation (or have it but struggle to stay consistent)?
Do you feel unsure about what to study each day or how much progress you ve actually made?

I ve been there too.

After a long period of trial and error starting from almost zero and eventually being able to communicate confidently with foreigners I realized that whether you study at a center or self-study, maintaining a daily English learning habit is crucial.

I built CaliperTools – a fast, no-login collection of everyday image & text tools

Hey Product Hunt

I ve been building small websites and tools for a while, and one recurring frustration was this:
most simple online tools are either bloated, slow, or locked behind sign-ups.

So I started CaliperTools a lightweight collection of practical web tools focused on speed, clarity, and privacy.

What it does right now:
