I ve been working on project I call Confera. The idea came out of my own work meetings. Sometimes it s really hard to keep track when multiple people are throwing in different options during brainstorm sessions, and some good ideas just might get lost because of the flow of the conversation. I always wished there was someone in the room who could follow everything and bring it back up when needed.

So I built a bot you can invite to Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet. Unlike most meeting tools that just give you a transcript afterwards, this one can actually answer questions while the meeting is happening. For example, during a call I might ask:

I'm not a professional developer. But I've been using Gemini Pro heavily for coding, and one thing drove me absolutely crazy every time Gemini generated multiple code files, I had to manually scroll up and down, finding each block and copying it one by one. So I did what any stubborn non-dev does: I refused to accept it and built my own solution.

Gemini Code Harvester is a Chrome extension that sits on top of Gemini and gives you a floating panel with every code block from the last response. One click to copy any file. One click to download everything as a ZIP. No more scrolling. The whole thing was built with persistence and a lot of Gemini prompts which is kind of poetic given what it does.

What I love most isn't even the tool itself. It's the realization that you don't need to be a pro to solve your own problems. You just need to be annoyed enough.

We re building CatchDex, a private collection game for anglers who already take catch photos but want something more useful and fun than a camera roll.
The idea is simple:
Log a real catch use AI to help identify the species keep the exact spot private unlock a collectible FishDex card.
Most fishing apps focus on maps, forecasts, or finding spots. We re taking a different angle: what happens after the catch.
CatchDex helps anglers:
- turn catches into collectible FishDex cards
- keep fishing spots private with aliases instead of exposed coordinates
- track species progress, mastery, and season history
- create GPS-safe share cards
- build a personal fishing collection from real-world memories
The hardest part has been balancing game feel with trust. Anglers care deeply about not burning spots, so privacy can t be a bolt-on feature. It has to shape the whole product.
We re currently in beta and would love feedback from anglers, outdoor app builders, privacy-first product folks, or anyone who has thoughts on making real-world logging feel more rewarding.

Skillset aims to solve that by giving users a clear system for seeing how their abilities grow.

The concept is built around a skill progression system. Users choose skills they want to develop - for example coding, language learning, music, fitness, or any other skill - and the app tracks their growth through practice sessions, milestones, and measurable progress.

I created Decispher (decispher.com) to enable human developers and AI agents working alongside each other to share their context.

It has some pretty cool features, like Branch Story (explains why a branch's code looks the way it does) and Session Context Transfer (an MCP tool that can copy context from one chat, agent, or machine to another).

I've been chewing on this while building Ulsa, so I wanted to open it up here before we launch.
