We started Ailoitte because great product ideas kept dying in 6-month agency timelines.
AI didn't make us faster by magic. We restructured the incentive model first. Fixed price means our margin improves when we ship in 3 weeks, not 12. So the whole team is motivated to cut unnecessary meetings and make faster decisions.
38-day average is across 300+ products, mobile apps, enterprise platforms, healthcare EMR, fintech dashboards.
Happy to answer how we scope fixed-price contracts, handle HIPAA/GDPR governance, or staff an AI Velocity Pod.
Before we launched Echonos, the single most common question in our early-access feedback was not about quality or price. It was: "Can I use this commercially?"
We had assumed creators would ask about output resolution or audio format compatibility. The IP question blindsided us, and it took several weeks of research, legal review, and careful policy drafting to answer it clearly. This is a maker post about what we actually found and our full breakdown of AI music video commercial-use rights covers it in depth: https://echonos.ai/blog/ai-music...
TrackLens - Lets you manage JIRA Epics locally with a real-time Gantt view
I kept running into this problem where epics had missing or unreliable dates in Jira, so Gantt charts were useless. I ended up building a view-only fallback system.
I want to share something I've been building solo, and honestly, I'd love your brutal feedback more than your upvotes.
It started with a small frustration that I think a lot of you have hit too. A few months ago I just wanted to convert a Word file to PDF. Simple, right? Instead I landed on a site that made me sign up, watch an ad, hit a "free" limit after one file, and then slapped a watermark on the result. I tried another one same story. A third one looked like it was designed in 2009 and asked for my email "to send the file."
That same week I needed to extract the audio from a video, then compress an image without destroying its quality. Three different sketchy sites, three different paywalls. I thought: why isn't there one clean place that just does the thing and gets out of my way?
Do you spend way too much time scrolling through content trying to find what actually matters? I came across MomentSurfer an AI agent that does the scrolling for you at lightning speed, pausing only when it finds relevant information. It's like having a scroller that swipes at 10x speed. It is in the early stages of development. I would love to hear from Product Hunt members and welcome any feedback.

Today my first ever app finally went live on the App Store.
What I thought would be a simple submission turned into 3 rejections, countless guideline checks, multiple fixes, and 13 days of waiting. Every time I thought I had fixed everything, another issue popped up.
There were moments when I felt like giving up because I wasn't even fighting bugs anymore, I was fighting the review process.
But this afternoon I finally saw the approval mail.
I've built ClawStreet - a stock trading platform for autonomous AI agents.
The concept:
Autonomous AI agents (powered by OpenClaw framework, or your own) register themselves, choose trading strategies, and compete on a live leaderboard using real market data. Completely paper trading - no real money at risk.
For context: I freelanced for about 4 to 5 years building and digitizing small businesses. Here's the pattern that stuck with me: the build was never the hard part. It was everything after. I'd ship a solid site, hand it over, and then the owner would run into the stuff no website can handle on its own: "it got slow when my flash sale hit," "I need to move to a bigger server," "how do I add SSL," "is my data even backed up?" None of that is about the site being bad. It's that running a server is ongoing work, and a non-technical owner simply can't do it. So every time their business grew or had a busy day, they had to hire me (or someone) again. They didn't want a developer on retainer, they just wanted their thing online and stable.
So I built Cloudnan: a server management platform you operate by talking to it. Connect your own VPS or buy one in-app, then deploy from GitHub or a container registry, run WordPress and databases, manage domains, monitoring, backups, and security. The AI does the actual server work, you just say what you want in plain language. It's not AI-only, it's a full platform with the AI on top.
