Most founders here have insane tech stacks, dual monitors, and perfectly optimized setups. I had a very different reality.

Over the last 4 months, I built my startup entirely from scratch without a computer. I structured, prompted, and put together every single piece of the app using only a 4GB RAM Android phone and I had zero programming experience before starting.

Today, that wild experiment is live on Product Hunt.

We shipped an email attention-classification feature this week that passed every written requirement and was almost useless in production.

The system sorts business email into five tiers: Act now, Review today, Monitor, Routine, No action. Spec-compliant, tests green, ready to ship.

Then we ran it against real inbox data. 86.1% of everything landed in a single tier.

Around 100 people visited the site on launch day. I still cannot tell you what a single one of them did.

Not because analytics are hard. Because I never wired up one event. I knew how many people landed and roughly where they came from, and absolutely nothing about whether anyone got value out of the thing I spent months on.

The uncomfortable part is that on launch night, traffic felt like a result. It is not a result. The only number that would have told me anything is how many visitors completed the core action, and I did not have it.

I spent hours live fixing it. Tiny table, anonymous events, "did the product do its job" and nothing more. No login, no cookie banner, no identity. Took an afternoon. Should have existed before launch day, not after.

I love cooking food, but these damn online recipe websites have always been driving me insane.

Ads stacked on ads. Videos that start playing before the page loads. A 2,000-word personal essay about a holiday in Tuscany before you see a single ingredient.

So I built something about it.

Recipe data cannot be copyrighted. Ingredients, method, timings are factual information. They belong to everyone. So I built a crawler that extracts exactly that and discards everything else. A couple of days later I had a fully distributed architecture on Cloudflare at roughly 1/100th the cost of a conventional AWS setup.
