When you link a LinkedIn account, it analyses your account for (Age, Connections, etc) to determine how many messages and connection requests you can safely send in a day. As different accounts can send different amounts per day, depending on that, and set safe limits based on that, ofc you can alter them with a higher limit, but it tells you that now you are not in the safe zone.
