This is truly AWESOME! Great job, guys. I see on your website that your platform has 3 channels so far: email, web-push and text messages. Are you going to add social messaging, like Facebook or Twitter? Where do you pull data for the AI, do you extract data from social profiles? How did you implement the required search functionality for AI? How did you accomplish that? How did you (SendPulse) allow developers to integrate artificial intelligence into their app/web-site? Should I learn to code? This is so going to be abused by the sales folks. Easy to use and lite-weight.

@ok1edok1e You dont need to code at all. We are building out all the automation and AI in the back end and users will be able to select exactly what data they want to pass to us as well as when they want to use it. We have beed testing social messaging as well to allow you to message users from a single platform.

@ok1edok1e You do not have to code anything. Otherwise it's not the true AI ;) Yes, at the moment we have e-mail, text and webpush. Adding messengers (Whatsapp, FB Mesenger, Telegram, WeChat, etc) and social sharing is on the roadmap in the nearest future. We are already pulling data for machine learning from email and web. Social profiles are on the way. Other details are our secret sauce ;)

Awesome idea @konstantyn_makarov. What are your thoughts of start using SendPulse if you're someone like me, that will launch in about a month and hasn't started creating a mail list? Why would I use SendPulse and not the likes of MailChimp, Convertkit?

@romanzadyrako Thank you, Roman! SendPulse AI analyses email, papaviews, events and combines them with third-party data for enriching personalization of the subscriber profiles. Using the big data of previous interactions, SendPulse makes recommendations how to improve the layout, messaging and the type of message to send (email/sms/web push). This will help increase open rates.

@romanzadyrako SendPulse creates a user profile based on his previous behavior. All users have a preferred time, look, method to receive messages. Instead of sending all the same email at the same time to all your users our system will calculate the best options based on user profile and send them a personalized, unique message in the best possible time and way. We are alway trying to improve and add to our learning platform. If you think you have specific user data points that should be counted or that you think would be helpful to add to the user profile please let us know.

Can I send transactional, behavioral and newsletter campaigns using SendPulse? What SMTP do you use as default? Can I connect my SMTP? If I have 500k subs and I send 4M emails monthly how much would it cost?

@ligeo Hello, Sergey, Yes, you can send transactional emails and newsletters using our API. Behacioral features are being developed and API is not available for them yet. We have our own SMTP for sending emails, and we can allocate a range of IPs for your use. The cost for your volume is negootiable, we will contact you with an offer.

Do you have special sales offer for beauty e-commerce or startups? Do you’ve BigCommerce’s integrations with the SendPulse API? How do I import customers from my Shopify store? I did not find an integration for this shopping cart anywhere on your website. I currently use MailChimp. It has most of the features offered by SendPulse, but I find Personalization and Artificial Intelligence far easier to use. Can I build Product Recommendations right into SendPulse? Is it correctly, that small businesses can send emails/sms/push personalized with the items each of their subscribers is most likely to buy. It requires big data, math, and a whole bunch of other boring things that most guys don't want to think about. Added to the Sales Tools Collection, thx!

@samarsky1 We will have Shopify integration ready to use in several days. Its currently being tested. You will be able to import contacts and integrate it with SendPulse. You will have full control of what data you pass to us for each customer and we will be adding third party data sources as well. Based on the data we have on the user we will be sending out emails with recommendations that have the highest probability of being viewed and converted by your user. If you have other tools that you would like to see us integrate with please let us know. We are constantly adding integrations and would love to hear feedback on what you are looking for.

I’ve question about SMS-marketing. Like unsubscribe links in Mailchimp's email, will you provide opt out link in SMSt? Like in the case of Mobile-marketing, will I be able to track which user clicked on the links? And what about “display read receipts”, but many people have them disabled so the statistics can be misleading?

@yelena_ab Opt-out links for SMS is in our features roadmap. Click tracking for SMS requires charging URL to shortened links and that potentially can decrease clickthrus (recipients are less likely to click an unknown link instead of a link to a familiar brand). You are rignt about stats for text messages - getting read receipts is impossoble so we take into account only delivery rates for SMS.
