SEORCE - See where your brand is discovered and fix what blocks it

Your brand is being discovered in more places than search, but you cannot see where you are missing. Rankings, crawls, content, and links live in separate tools, leaving teams guessing what to fix first. SEORCE gives one clear view of discovery across search and AI, shows what is blocking visibility, who is winning instead, and what to fix first. One system to understand, prioritize, and act without scattered dashboards.

Wow, SEORCE looks amazing! The AI visibility tracking across all those platforms is a total game changer. How granular can you get with tracking mentions within specific Claude responses? Super curious!

@jaydev13
Thank you so much 🙌 Really glad that stood out!

On granularity: we go deeper than just “mentioned or not.” For Claude (and other LLMs), we break things down by specific prompt + response context. That means you can see:

  • Whether your brand is mentioned at all for a given query

  • Where it appears in the response (primary recommendation vs a passing mention)

  • How it’s described (positioning, language, strengths, gaps)

  • Which competitors are mentioned alongside you, and in what role

Over time, we track how those mentions change for the same prompts, so you can spot improvements or drops instead of relying on one-off answers.

We’re still pushing this further, but the goal is clear visibility into how Claude talks about you, not just if it does. Happy to show a real example if you’re curious 🚀

@jaydev13 Thanks really appreciate that 🙌

On Claude or any other LLM, we go quite deep on granularity:

  • Response-level tracking: Every answer is stored as a versioned snapshot, so you can see exactly which response included (or excluded) your brand at a given point in time.

  • Mention context: We don’t just flag that a brand appeared, we track where and how: primary recommendation vs secondary mention, comparative lists, caveats, or exclusions.

  • Semantic intent alignment: Mentions are tied to the underlying prompt intent (e.g. “best tools”, “alternatives”, “pricing”, “enterprise-ready”), so you know why Claude surfaced you.

  • Sentiment & authority signals: Each mention is scored for tone, confidence, and perceived authority, not just presence.

  • Drift & volatility tracking: If Claude’s answers change across updates or reruns, we surface exactly what shifted and when.

So instead of “Claude mentioned us,” you get a clear view of how Claude positions your brand, in which contexts, and how that evolves over time which is where real optimisation becomes possible.
