I told myself that it could be a great idea to offer an app that is open to all levels, but above all that offers workouts and exercises according to everyone's goal: weight loss, muscle gain or fitness. Beside that, I added the tracking of his weight with more targeted data like BMI and FMI. You can follow your progress, win trophies and many more! I'm very proud of it, even if I think it deserves to reach more people. In any case I hope with all my heart that you will like it!
In my opinion, daily workouts are ineffective because your body cannot recover after each workout, even if you only do it for 7 minutes. Even when I started using steroids, I stopped at five workouts a week because I didn't want to become the most significant and pumped-up person in a week. It was enough for me to look massive and have a body with a low percentage of fat, that's all. And even I wasn't like Rich Piana, and it's a pity that he died in 2017. He was a good motivator, told the whole truth to people. Few can do that. In short, I don't think this app is useful.
