I think you're asking to compare different products. Siter is similar to Figma and Sketch, but, in addition has the ability to publish the website live in real-time. It's a perfect tool for designers who use Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, to draw websites from scratch. But to answer your question, the most important benefit from Webflow that comes to mind is that you can "draw" the design you want instead of making changes to the template/blocks they give you. You can change every single pixel to make it your own design.
