@simoelalj thanks for your question. We are using our own voice stack and we are interconnected with local operators. We don't use any third part providers as Twilio

@simoelalj @simoelalj Thanks Simo for the nice feedback on our rebranding (new website and dashboard :) About your Twilio question, I actually loveee you asked this, because unlike other call solutions out there that rely on their infrastructure, we don't :) We built our on infrastructure using webRTC technology, that allow us to control the call quality and deliver customised features to our clients.

At first, we thought it's a cool solution that could help us manage our voice support better as we have lots of inbound calls every day, but were afraid to try it as the installation seemed a little difficult for a non-developer. But it's super easy for e-commerce sites like ours - you just need to create an account (they even give you the whole month to try it for free), create a call button and install the Shopify module. And you're done - your customers can call you directly from your website and the agent taking the call sees a lot of valuable information.
