I see a lot of girlfriends unhappy with Instagram removing the monitoring feature to see who their man follows or pics he liked as one the major subscribers to this service. It sounds extremely funny to me thought.

i had trouble in the beginning of using this website. So i emailed customer service, whom were very quick and efficient with my concerns, I was able to get the hang of it after and i can say now that snoopreport as well as their team are definitely worth a 5 star review. 👍

Hello, I am a new user, I recently subscribed myself to a plan and soon I upgraded it in order to receive daily reports. I have already sent three emails to your support team to explain that I have not received any daily reports in three days, yet I’ve noticed the activity of the accounts I’m monitoring manually. The support team’s response was something like “it seems to us that the reports are being sent to you normally” and then never replied again, even if explained again that I have not received anything, not even in junk mail. Very poor support and an unpleasant experience so far.

Update: I received an email from your support team saying that the reports are being sent to my email and that I should check my junk mail - which I already did and I already informed them accordingly. I am really disappointed, feels like I’m talking to a robot.

@eirini_avramidou Hello and sorry about that, you might have talked to a robot indeed. I took a look and indeed, according to our logs, 3 reports have been sent, we'll take a closer look at bounce reports and get back to you, I have your email.

@eirini_avramidou Okay, so on 17 August 2020 at 02:02PM you clicked Manage notifications and clicked the button "Send me CRITICAL non-marketing emails only". We do not consider daily notifications critical according to Elastic mail guidelines and a commons sense. Can you please manage your email notifications again and opt in to receive all email? Thank you for reporting this bug, we will contact our email delivery provider and research how we can resolve this issue to avoid it in the future for other users. Meanwhile you should receive your next email report tomorrow.

Update: Issue resolved! I received all previous reports retroactively as well as today’s daily report. Thank you very much for the swift response, Anatoly!!

@satyapriya_krishna we definitely not gonna end up in a Startup Of The Year shortlist, yet the product is in a high demand and used by thousands of users, which proves it’s of a real value. Can you please advice what criteria do you use to evaluate the ideas?

@aenoskov Sure, simple criteria : Public Safety! Just because 1000 people use your app tells nothing about your app. As a customer, I feel scared of this product and it makes me wana stop using the platforms you proudly allow scammers and stalkers to exploit.

@satyapriya_krishna I would suggest not to judge everyone by yourself. This was a very offensive assumption about tens of thousands (not a 1000) of our active users. P.S. You’ll be surprised to know what data Facebook, LinkedIn etc themself sell and otherwise distribute, not even talking about third party cookies circulating all around the web, oh scary real world.
