I've used Sock Club to create custom socks at Highfive over a year ago. The company and our customers were big fans, so we in the last couple months, ordered more.

Pros:

Socks and design is high quality. The ability to edit the packaging is great too.

Cons:

The design ideas their team provides are pretty limited.
