Sony Digital Paper - Reinventing paper. Sony's e-ink tablet.

I remember Sony announcing this years ago, and just figured they had abandoned the concept. It's an interesting idea, I just think it may be too late.

Looks nice, but I wonder what the response time is when writing, I couldn't find it on their site. That will make or break the writing experience. Also, way too expensive, but I'm sure it will come down in a few months.

Bigger than the iPad Pro, but lighter than the mini? Now if they can just bring the price down to something closer to paper...

While this is very cool, it doesn't seem to support anything other than PDF. What about EPUB or MOBI or any other ebook format?

I can see this used in M&A quite a lot. too bad it doesn't have a camera, so you can quickly import paper docs. Camera with OCR tech would make this a killer product for moving physical doc to epaper.

This is cool, but I want an e-ink device that can do color. I'm not buying another e-ink device until that happens.

Sony throwing money away... might as well fund any Kanye idea.
