Spoke - Your best meeting companion on Zoom, Teams, and Meet

We started Spoke 2 years ago here on Product Hunt and are excited to be back! My co-founders and started with this simple idea: why does the material from all our conversations simply disappear? When it could be used for better communication, training, client follow-up - and much more! Spoke is one of my all-time favorite purchases. It has been a massive time saver and has allowed me to build deeper relationships with my contacts. I also really enjoyed meeting the team at CES and hearing the exciting plans they have for the product.

Spoke is great for recording meetings or other videos with automated transcription - whether using Zoom or other tools. My team loves the ability to tag, edit, and share the transcripts or transcripts + video, making important highlights of conversations simple to capture and share. The team's knowledge sharing and productivity has been improved by using Spoke.

I've been using Spoke for over a year now and I never start a meeting without it! Being able to search through a meeting to find the exact content I want to review, highlight specific elements during the meeting, to review later, so I'm never taken out of the flow of a conversation, and automatic high-quality transcription are just a few of the many reasons I've come to love and depend on Spoke every day.

I've been using Spoke since Nov 2021 and it's been a MASSIVE time saver for me, but also a value add for clients because I can send them recordings of our meetings with highlights / a full transcript / additional notes. I run a financial advice business, so I use Spoke to record all of my meetings for record keeping purposes + to send clients a recpa of our meetings. I also use Spoke to do screen recordings that are transcribed for clients. I'm also able to use Spoke for marketing videos to get them transcribed efficiently and accurately. When I started using Spoke, I had to manually enter the URL to join the meeting, which I sometimes forgot, but now that it integrates with my Google Calendar, it automatically joins all of my meetings (whether it's Zoom, Teams or Meet) regardless of whether I set up the meeting or was invited; as long as there's a link to a meeting, Spoke will pick it up and automatically join. Another thing I love about the Calendar is the fact it joins webinars for me as well, so I can go back and simply read the transcribe and skip through the fluff / highlight the key takeaways. Last night I added a note into the meeting summary for the first time to correct something I said during the video that needed clarification. I can't speak highly enough of Spoke. Seriously, this has changed my life.
