🚀 Springfield Oracle: v1.2: Bug Fixes, Easter Eggs & New features
What’s new in the archive?
We’ve been busy separating internet mythology from verified evidence. This week, we’re moving beyond static data to a living, breathing prediction engine.
🧠1. The Live Probability Engine
We’ve implemented a Likelihood Scoring algorithm (launching Sunday IST). The Oracle now scans real-world news flow to calculate a percentage-based probability for every "Pending" prediction.
Green: High probability (Keep your eyes open).
Red: Likely a "Simpsons Did It" myth.
Check the new "Likelihood" column on the dashboard to see what’s trending toward reality.
đź”® 2. The Dynamic Crystal Ball
The Oracle is now... vocal. We’ve added a Crystal Ball widget. It won't give you a straight "Yes" or "No," but it will nudge you toward the right data category with a classic Springfield catchphrase.
🍩 3. Hidden Simpsons Easter Egg
Here's a small hint to get you started: enter Homer's favourite dessert in the prediction search bar for the easter egg.
📬 4. The Called It! Newsletter
We’ve officially launched the Springfield Oracle Intelligence Feed. No spam, no fluff, just the data you need to win every "Did they predict this?" argument. The Weekly Deep-Dive: One trending "prediction" thoroughly debunked or confirmed using our new Likelihood Scoring. The "Pending" Watch: A heads-up on real-world events that are starting to look suspiciously like a Season 4 script.
🎨 5. Better UI & "Deep-Core" Bug Fixes
We’ve fixed some of the UI to make the data more scannable and the "prophecies" more immersive. More importantly, we’ve squashed some truly crazy and critical bugs that were causing the timeline to glitch, including a memory leak that was making the search bar as forgetful as Grandpa Abe. The Oracle is now faster, more stable, and ready for you.
A massive thank you to everyone for the incredible support and feedback so far. Building this has been a blast, and we’re just getting started. Stay updated about everything we do and more by signing up for the newsletter on our website!
