Hey StoriesOnBoard team! I've been using StoriesOnBoard for several years now with Jira integration, and recently I've been using your Feedback Management tool. I love it! It's an excellent way for my key stakeholders to fire in insights, then for us to assess them and see any link to any ideas. Once we've germinated in idea we can then easily push the idea into a storyboard and then straight into Jira with standard fields already set up. Tagging ideas has also given me a great way to visualise and display potential releases across a MoSCoW type board, and then eventually to share what'll could be in the next release via the public roadmap! Outstanding piece of work with huge potential to grow - way to go!

Thank you @rickey. It's always great to receive feedback from users who are already using our product. We're all ears when it comes to ideas, so make sure to drop us a line if you have any. Soon we're making our public roadmap public, as well, so that should give our users another way to enagage.

@tibor_g hi, yes, of course. You may choose to invite your teammates into your workspace and vote there. In this case, you can manage user roles under user access management and grant for isntance 'observer' roles to people who will only engage with the roadmap.

This seems like a great product to try out, but how about creating packages for different amounts and sorting out the available features? As a product with detailed factors, this might be more helpful than a free trial run.

Hey @gupta_ayushh ! So far the tool is free to use except for story mapping. We're planning on creating packages later, so make sure to use all pro features while it's still free. :)

Keeping consumers in the loop is essential to constantly develop and improve. But it might help if consumers can provide feedback on new developments as well. When the ideas are published in a public roadmap, can the public give opinions on it?

Hey @guptaakshitaa ! Our plan is definitely to enable that and comments are on our roadmap. Until now they can send in insights and upvote on feature ideas.
