Does it "integrate" with ConvertKit? What I mean is: after designing a template, what work is involved in sending via ConvertKit?

At the moment, we don’t have a direct integration with ConvertKit — and here’s why:
To "push" a template directly into a user's ConvertKit account, their API would need to support creating or updating templates. Unfortunately, their current API only allows reading templates, not creating them. So technically, a full integration isn’t possible just yet.
That said, we’re keeping an eye on ConvertKit’s API updates, and as soon as they add support for this, we’ll be happy to build that integration.
In the meantime, you can still design your email in Stripo, export it as HTML, and paste it manually into ConvertKit’s editor. It’s a quick process and works smoothly.
