We as developers build and maintain many services in code, one of them being notification service. In the last 5-7 years, API to user communications have exploded across SMS, email, chat apps, mobile and web push. As a consequence, notification service handling them has become quite complex. Me and my co-founder Nikita Navral (@nikita_navral1) built similar service in all our previous companies, and felt the urge that this layer should be abstracted once and for all.

Loved the product, especially the logs and analytics part.
In my past experiences as product manager, I have always struggled to get real-time insight into my notifications. Also, compiling all the channel analytics in one place was quite time-consuming. SuprSend has really solved this problem for us.
@anjali_arya1 Hi Anjali, definitely. I too spent so many hours in the past collating notifications from multiple vendor platforms, and there was no way to tie the same message together across multiple channels, and look at the notification performance holistically. And the same process repeated for me over and over till we started recording incoming status responses - which obviously was unnecessary effort on engineering side. We have solved this in SuprSend. Congratulations on the launch @nikita_navral1 and @gaurav_verma_29 .Been using suprsend for a while now. And being able to send out notifications as a designer, without getting techies involved is a superpower!!! ššš

Congrats on the launch! Product looks super cool, specially the template builder.
I work in a B2B2C company, where we have to maintain so many different versions of templates for each of our clients, we have to communicate with our client's customers with client logos, emails, design guideline. Can there be a way to manage them with SuprSend's template builder?
@divya_ahlawat Yes, Every template that you see if Handlebar template. You can pass a brand key which can contain your client logo, name, domain etc and use it to override any part of the content.

@divya_ahlawat Glad you asked this! Yes, the pain is real - managing multiple version of the same template for different clients is a mess. And making same change across all the templates is even messier. We have solved for that as all the variables like client name, logo, emails, brand guideline can be passed as variables in a single template.
